【Isolate white blood cells with RBC Lysis Buffer (cat. no. BR290】
1. Mix 1mL whole blood with 4mL RBC lysis buffer.
2. Incubate at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to lyse red blood cells.
3. Centrifuge at 320 x g for 5-10 minutes and remove the supernatant.
4. Suspend the pellet (white blood cells) with PBS (cat. no. BR110).
