Residual antibody in BSA, as well as residual biotin or alkaline phosphatase in non-fat milk often cause noises, increase background, and interefere detections while perforimg western blot.

INSTRUCTIONS: 【As Blocking Buffer】

★ 30mL Fast WB Protein-Free Blocker (1 min) for 1 sheet of 8 x 10 cm membrane ★

1. After transfer, incubate NC or PVDF transfer membranes with Fast WB Protein-Free Blocker (1 min) at room temperature for 1 minutes.
   Fast WB Protein-Free Blocker (1 min) (1:10) to completely replace skimmed milk.>
2. Continue following antibody incubation, etc. steps of western blot.

INSTRUCTIONS: 【As Antibody Diluent】

1. Dilute Fast WB Protein-Free Blocker (1 min) in 1:10 by TBST or PBST to improve the signal-to-noise ratio. .
2. Use diluted Fast WB Protein-Free Blocker (1 min) to adjust the concentration of *primary antibody as desired, and then perform assays as usual.
   *Based on customers’ feedback, secondary antibody diluted by Fast WB Protein-Free Blocker (1 min) may not work optimally.
