30mL Fast WB Protein-Free Blocker (1 min) for 1 sheet of 8 x 10 cm membrane ★
- After transfer, incubate NC or PVDF transfer membranes with Fast WB Protein-Free Blocker (1 min) at room temperature for 1 minutes.
<If you want to maintain the original pace of experiments, blocking can also be performed with diluted Fast WB Protein-Free Blocker (1 min) (1:10) to completely replace skimmed milk.> - Continue following antibody incubation, etc. steps of western blot.

Antibody Diluent】
- Dilute Fast WB Protein-Free Blocker (1 min) in 1:10 by TBST or PBST to improve the signal-to-noise ratio. .
- Use diluted Fast WB Protein-Free Blocker (1 min) to adjust the concentration of *primary antibody as desired, and then perform assays as usual.
*Based on customers’ feedback, secondary antibody diluted by Fast WB Protein-Free Blocker (1 min) may not work optimally.
