INSTRUCTIONS:
★ Based on customers' feedback, applying primary and secondary antibodies both diluted with Western Blot Ab Signal Enhancer may not achieve optimal results ★
- Dilute primary antibody with Western Blot Ab Signal Enhancer and secondary antibody with the buffer of choice to concentractions desired.
- Incubate the transfer membrane (after blocking and washing) with diluted primary antibody at room temperature for 60 minutes with gentle rocking
- Wash the membrane with TBST 2 times for 3-5 minutes each.
- Incubate the membrane with diluted secondary antibody at room temperature for 60 minutes with gentle rocking.
- Wash the membrane with TBST 2 times for 3-5 minutes each, and then perform the assay as usual.
