INSTRUCTIONS:

30mL Western Blot Ag Signal Enhancer for 1 sheet of 8 x 10 cm membrane ★
- After transfer, incubate NC or PVDF transfer membranes with Western Blot Ag Signal Enhancer at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Remove the transfer membrane from Western Blot Ag Signal Enhancer, and wash by TBST buffer twice, 5 minutes each time.
- Continue following blocking, incubation, etc. steps of western blot.
